Rejuvenating Massage: our signature therapeutic massage, which incorporates both Swedish and deep tissue techniques and our personally pre-blended essential oils to provide relieve of muscular tension and to meet your individual needs and conditions. Deep Tissue Massage: a therapeutic technique that releases chronic pain focusing on the deeper layers of muscle tissue through slow strokes and deep finger pressure. The loosening of the tissue helps to release toxins and helps blood & oxygen circulate properly. This technique works best on targeted areas and not full body. 60 minutes $90

Hot Stone Massage: is the application of deep penetrating heat through heated stones in combination with massage and essential oils, which helps to soothe sore and stiff muscles. By using basalt stones, which are warmed, and marble stones, which are kept on ice, this treatment produces sedative and energizing responses in the body. Relaxation Massage: a classic Swedish massage, which will relieve tension and soothe the nerves through total body relaxation. This therapeutic treatment is designed to improve circulation, relieve muscle tension and reduce stress. Maternity Massage: a mothers-to-be treatment at 2nd and 3rd trimester. This gentle massage uses special pregnancy pillows to relieve stress on weight bearing joints, reduce neck and low back pain and relieve edema. 60 minutes $90

Aromatherapy Massage: a therapeutic treatment incorporating the benefits of blending pure essential oils. This gentle and nurturing treatment will leave you feeling very relaxed and restore your peace of mind. 60 minutes $80

Target Massage: is customized to your needs. The therapist will work on the areas specified to relieve muscle tension and reduce stress. 30 minutes $40 with Swedish, $50 with Deep Tissue techniques.

Foot Massage with Reflexology: a treatment based on the ancient theory that each body organ corresponds to a Reflect point in the foot. A gentle pressure point massage helps release any blockage and re-establish energy flow to improve circulation, release stress, ease pain and increase relaxation.
