Mstudio1202 is a multimedia and entertainment company. Currently, we are working together with one of the most famous sought after commercial portrait artists, we are in the middle of developing several 2001-2002 desktop calendars and wall calendars concepts. And Mr. Dennis Mukai is one of our most established artist whose work has been known throughout Asia, and the U.S. Dennis Mukai is most widely recognized for his published portraits of beautiful women. He has had numerous one-man shows throughout the United States and continues to sell out his limited edition prints and posters. It’s the first time that we, or anyone else, for that matter, are putting together a calendar that is featuring 14 months of beautiful elegant art work. Some of these portraits have never been published.

Mstudio1202 has the privilege to utilize artwork from other exceptional artist to compile a variety of calendars themes. We will have five different category of calendars for 2001-2004 which including the artwork of Dennis Mukai’s calendars, a Chinese ZODIAC calendars, a CAR series of calendars, a Bonsai Tree & Mini Mountain calendars, and a Scenery calendar. In these series of calendars we are bundle it together with a very special packaging to sell it at a very good price at the book store distributions. These calendars cater to the average person as well as the art lover and they will be popular products and you too will be fascinated by the calendars from the commitment of artists contributing work to Mstudio1202.

Mstudio1202 is putting up an interactive web site, which will be ready to launch in early 2002. Among other things, the site will introduce existing fans of the series to the calendar and DVD, draw potential new fans into the site by links or rings, take subscriptions, sell a line of merchandise (calendar, DVD, magazine, book, etc.), update fans on upcoming Special Events and special offers, provide information on the artists and writers of MStudio1202, show graphic teasers of upcoming art, and promote raffles and contests.

On July 4th 2002, MStudio1202, a multimedia and entertainment company will be hosting a live concert show with the internationally recognized dance pop artist, Sarina Paris, and the super talented Vietnamese pop star, Bao Han at the renowned House of Blues inside Downtown Disney in Anaheim, CA. MStudio1202 will produce a summer concert in celebrating the two special occasions; BAO HAN’s 10th Years Anniversary within the Vietnamese Music Industry and the welcoming of SARINA PARIS, an International Pop Sensation with the #1 hit song “Look at Us” and with her new CD release. This concert will be one of the most significant events within the Asian American communities. We have confirmed the appearances of the multi-talented Bao Han and Sarina Paris to share their hit songs with the public at the fabulous House of Blues. The evening is promised to be an exciting extravaganza of songs and dance. Sarina Paris is a well known dance artist throughout Europe, Asia, Canada and the United States. Her international hit song “Look at Us” has been playing over and over on many radio stations in the United State, Canada, Europe and Asia. Sarina Paris soared to the top of the charts in Japan and various other countries as her debut CD has been recently released to those areas. In May 2002, Sarina Paris will launch her next single within the United States. Bao Han is a well known artist throughout the Vietnamese market and the Asian market in Europe, Canada and the United States. The recent concert that she performed was at the San Jose Arena with an estimated attendance of ten thousand music fans. She also has toured all over the U.S., Paris, England, Australia and many other countries. Numerous reservations have been confirmed from oversea fans and domestic fans to attend this concert. Various celebrity friends will attend the event to celebrate the milestone of the two International Pop Artists. It will definitely be an Event to Remember.

Mstudio1202 will produce a 45 minute advertising and program video for Asian Garden Mall, LTD (Little Saigon) Westminster, CA. http://www.bridgecreek.com. The 45 minute video program will consist of 20 minutes of footage relating to Asian Garden Mall and will include a 45 second commercial video. The remaining 25 minutes will include a mix of music videos. Some special effects will be created to make the video more exciting and fresh.

Mstudio1202’s continuing the development of its growing have had a strategic marketing alliance for the past four years in Calendar and DVD sales have also increased through internet sales and direct mail catalog.
