Program Overview
ATS Warranty
Inc. matches our service capabilities with your service
needs. This program is totally customizable in providing
on-site,
depot and help desk services for your customers. We define
this program as a shared risk program. Our shared risk
program bases its price on the quality of your systems and
works
to ensure that your quality endures. With the shared risk
program, our pricing can’t be matched. You’ll
gain a true service partner who is interested in keeping
your product quality at its highest level.
ATS Warranty Inc. will assist your company in determining
what types of service you would like to provide your customers.
Services are entirely flexible, and can be customized from
top to bottom. As each business is different, your service
needs may also be different. We offer our clients total control
over their service plans. For example, you may wish to provide
your own phone support while we provide dispatch service
for on site technicians. You may only require phone support
without repairand replacement services. Whatever your service
requirements, we can help.
Once we have determined the level of service you require,
we can discuss what aspects of service are handled by ATS,
and what your company would handle. Costs such as parts and
shipping can be divided however you see fit, and will influence
the end price of your service plan.
Your ATS Warranty Inc. Service cost is largely dependant
on your current estimated failure rate and is outlined in
further detail in our tailored quotes.
Private labeling your company using our service means the
customer perceives dealing with only one entity. We seamlessly
integrate our services with your company image. All aspects
of the service will have your logo and company name
associated with them.
Warranty pricing including private labeling can be as low as
$15 per warranty.
All service plans are backed up with a contract which locks
in pricing and defines both parties’ responsibility
over the life of the contract.
The lead time for service activation may vary based upon
the types of service we will be providing. Service activation
can take up to 2 weeks depending on the type of service and
private labeling that you have chosen.
Before the service plan can commence, ATS Warranty Inc. will
need all for your warranty informaton as well as any service
policies that you currently have in place.
ATS Warranty Inc.’s personnel will need to familiarize
themselves with them prior to
activation. ATS Warranty Inc. works as an ambassador to your
written policies and will not create policies for you.
At the end of each month, you will receive a detailed report
based on the services
that we’ve provided. As a true service partner, ATS
Warranty Inc. will advise you of
any problem trends we see that may impact your failure rate
and make recommendations on how to correct them
