Private Label
This is a service option that really separates us from our
competition. Our private label service includes a toll free
service line, a customized warranty card, and a customer
center sub domain, all with the look and feel of your company.
Toll Free Technical Service Line:
ATS Warranty Inc. will setup a toll free telephone line with
its long distance provider,
and personalize it for your business if possible. Our help
desk representatives will answer service calls with your
company's name. Your customers will have the impression that
they are talking directly with your company.

Warranty Cards:
Our warranty cards are designed like a credit card
so customers can access
them easily whether they are at home, office or
away traveling. This is especially benificial for
customers with portable computers. To private label
your warranty card, we will have them designed
with your company's logo on the front of the card,
and your toll free support line on the back. The
URL's for your customer center will also be printed
on the back of the card. Below are some current

Private Labeled Customer Center Sub-Domain:
The customer center is a key part of our warranty
services. This is the area
where your customers can register their system
warranty, view their warranty, open service requests
and get other important information. We provide
each client with a sub-domain that will have your
company's custom feel. The customer will be required
to access this web page to register and activate
their service warranty. The registration process
will capture the customer and system information
to be stored in our database. When the customer
calls into our call center, all information will
be in a database and easily accessible to our customer
service representatives.

Help Desk Services
Our call center operations are open 24 hours a day 7 days a week. All our call
center technicans must have hands on desktop and notebook training, and are required
to be A+ certified. All of our technicians receive customer service training,
and must be able to work effectively with both the technically competent and
the technically challeged end user.
Depot Repair Services
Our bench technicains are trained in desktop and notebook repair. Once a customer's
system is received, our technicans will have the system repaired within three
business days. All repaired systems will be returned to the end user via ground
service. If express service is requested, the customer will be responsible to
pay the difference. Should the same problem arise within 30 days, we will correct
the problem at no additional cost.
On-site Technical Services
We provide on-site service to all fifty United States, Puerto Rico and the
Virgin Islands. Our on-site technicains are prescreened and certified. Each
organization must have industry certified technicians and must be an established
business. Strict guidelines and call procedures are in place to ensure the highest
level of customer satisfaction. After trouble calls are completed, we randomly
survey our customers regarding technicain performance. Each organization is graded
and may recieve bonuses for outstanding performance. Organizations that score
low grades will be eliminated from our network.
As a client, you may elect to utilize one or all of our services. The choice
is up to you, and your specifiec business requirements. We will tailor a service
plan and pricing that meet your needs.
