Introducing TOTAL REWARDS at the National Academies

The National Academies are committed to a "Total Rewards" strategy, providing employees with competitive base pay, generous benefits, a positive workplace, individual growth opportunities and a compelling future with an organization you are proud to serve.

We recognize that your pay is important but thought you would be interested in a bigger picture as we begin to communicate the concept of Total Rewards. To build a point of comparison for future information, we have put together a few Total Rewards categories and measured their value in 2003. PDF 2003 Employee Annual Report

Throughout the year, the Office of Human Resources will introduce three core components of Total Rewards. We have provided an Over overview of each component bellow. As we introduce the components we will offer comprehensive information with many supporting documents though to OHR AcademyNet site.
