The diversity of our organization requires that we continually investigate compensation practices and market price using a variety of markets including for-profit, not-for-profit, local, national, science, research, policy, finance, information technology, medical, print, membership and many other markets.
In addition, as a government contractor, we are required to provide government auditing agencies the reasoning that supports our compensation decisions by validating our compensation administration program.
